Help for Teachers

This page explains how to use the HCET School Uploads system to safely upload student work, images, and documents for the publishing team.

Quick Start

  1. Sign in using your approved Google account.
  2. Complete the student name, class, and date fields.
  3. Confirm that the required consent has been recorded.
  4. Select the image(s) or document(s) you want to upload.
  5. Click upload and wait for the confirmation message.

What Can I Upload?

You can upload student work that is ready to be reviewed by the publishing team.

Supported File Types

Consent Reminder

Before uploading, please make sure the required consent or permission has been recorded for the student work you are submitting. You must tick the consent confirmation box before the upload can be completed.

Can I Upload From My Phone or Tablet?

Yes. The upload system is designed to work on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. You can upload images from your camera roll or documents stored on your device.

I Uploaded the Wrong File

If you uploaded the wrong file, use the request delete or report issue option from your upload area. The publishing/admin team will review the request and action it if needed.

I Cannot Log In

Login only works for approved teacher Google accounts.

My Upload Failed

What Happens After I Upload?

Your file is stored securely and made available to the HCET publishing/admin team. They will review the upload and move it through the publishing workflow.
